Do you carry.....?
Really, everything that we have available for sale is listed on our website. Our site is updated at least every two hours, as our inventory changes. If you'd like to know when we expect to get something in that we don't currently have, you can email us at nflstore@aol.com and we'll be happy to give you the latest information.

Can you send out a catalog?
Unfortunately, no. The sports apparel market simply changes too quickly to keep a catalog up to date, and many of the designs that are produced for the teams are only made once, and then changed the next production run. If you don't have Internet access, you can usually log on for free at your local library.

Can you customize a jersey for me?
NFL:
We offer the best price around on customized authentic NFL jerseys, just look it up on the page for your team. If you're looking for a customized replica jersey, the only companies that can do that are the NFL's official shop at nflshop.com, or the official team stores (available through nfl.com.)
MLB:
We can customize baseball jerseys for you, it typically takes 3-4 weeks (time is not guaranteed, as we have to ship the jerseys to another company to get them made, and they do not guarantee turn around times), and costs about $25-$40 in addition to the cost of the jersey. Much as we hate to send you to a competitor, Sports Authority has a very good program to customize replica jerseys for a total cost of $99.99. If they can't help you, or if you'd like us to customize an authentic, please call us at 800-694-0060, and we can help you out.
NBA:
The only place we know of that can customize an NBA jersey are the NBA's official stores, available from NBA.com

What about returning items after Christmas? We know some people like to shop more than 30 days before Christmas, and are worried about whether our 30-day return policy will allow the recipient to return or exchange an item if it's not right for them. We allow Christmas gifts to be returned or exchanged up until Jan 15, 2003.

Can you sell wholesale?
Sorry, no, the license we have from the leagues only permits retail sales. If you're setting up your own store and looking for a distributor, try West Coast Novelty on the west coast.

Do you have a discount for team or corporate sales?
We do offer corporate or team discounts of 10% for orders of 12 or more of the same or similar items; give us a call at 800-694-0060 if you need information about this.

Do you donate to charities?
We are heavily involved in our local community of Fredericksburg, Texas, a small town about 70mi NW of San Antonio. We channel all our donations to local charities.

Do you have an affiliate program?
No. There are licensing issues with some of the leagues relative to affiliates. More importantly, by not having to pay affiliates, we can deliver the lowest possible prices to our customers.
